Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, banking activities, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial management while supporting the company’s overall financial objectives.
Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain banking relationships.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT, Tax, and company policies.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Maintain financial documentation and regulatory records.
- Assist management in preparing financial analyses and reports for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company procedures.
- Experience: 5 to 6 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Accounts , Finance management , VAT , Tax , Accounting Software , Banking Operations
