- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, receipts, and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain cash, bank, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and accounting reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor financial transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation of all accounting records.
- Assist with budgeting, audit, tax, and other financial activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
- Skills: accounting, financial accounting, accountants, basic accounting knowledge, basic accounting, accounting software, proficiency in accounting software, general ledger administration, general ledger accounting
