Job Description
- Maintain daily accounts and financial records accurately.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment documents.
- Record daily transactions in accounting software or Excel.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain cash, bank, and petty cash records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and regular account reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee expense records.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in VAT, Tax, and other regulatory-related documentation when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments, banks, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters.
- Support senior management and the Finance/Accounts team with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance is preferred.
- Freshers with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
