Job Responsibilities
- Prepare vouchers for financial transactions with proper supporting documents.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements and take required step to ensure the deposit and collection of cheque.
- Maintain & prepare all kinds of vouchers, cash books, payroll entries, bill registers, ledger & different registers related to accounts and finance.
- Daily reporting to superior authority/management. Maintain banking functions independently, keeping liaison with banks for financial issues.
- Must have experience in operating computer application Software, MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Application.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and documents.
- To check and verify all sorts & requisition Bill Voucher etc.
- To prepare monthly & yearly Receipt Payment Accounts.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
- Skills: invoice verification, back office operations, banking operations, accounts reconciliation, proficiency in accounting software, financial software knowledge, knowledge of accounting software, financial software proficiency, office assistance, accounting software
