Job Description
- Maintain the Cash Book and subsidiary ledgers of bills receivable and payable, ensuring accurate recording of daily transactions and closing cash books on a regular basis.
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, budgets, and controlling overall accounts management.
- Ensure proper management of petty cash, cash flow, and disbursement processes.
- Maintain inventory records and supervise documentation related to productive items and acquisition of fixed assets.
- Coordinate and ensure effective utilization of the ERP system across all functional units, including factory operations.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Finance, Costing, Procurement, and Internal Audit, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure smooth business operations.
