Position Title: Accounts Executive.

Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

Job Type: Full-Time.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized Accounts Executive to handle core financial accounting tasks. You will manage end-to-end accounting operations alongside payroll, attendance, and onboarding administration.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• AP/AR & Vendor Management: Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, reconcile client/vendor ledgers, and serve as the main point of contact for vendor payments.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss (P&L) calculations, Income Statements, and Balance Sheets.
• Budgeting: Assist in planning, tracking, and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and yearly operational budgets.
• Bookkeeping & Cash Flow: Record daily transactions, reconcile bank accounts, and manage petty cash funds.
• Payroll & Compliance: Process monthly payroll with salary advance deductions and assist with basic Tax/VAT documentation.

Requirements

• Education: BBA / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in core accounting / finance.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar ERP). Strong communication skills for vendor coordination.

Salary & Benefit:

• BDT. 20,000-25,000.
• Weekly 1 holiday.
• Other benefits as per company policy.

Job Location: Dhanmondi 27, Dhaka.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
