- Maintain daily accounts (sales, purchases, expenses, income)
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and financial records
- Handle cash, bank transactions, and reconciliation
- Monitor inventory and assist in stock management
- Prepare daily and monthly financial reports
- Assist in audit and tax-related documentation
- Maintain proper filing of all financial documents
- Report financial issues or discrepancies to management
- Monitor daily inventory movement (food items, raw materials, or goods)
- Record stock in/out and maintain inventory registers
- Assist in monthly stock counting and physical verification
- Report wastage, shortages, or discrepancies to management
- Support cost control by tracking purchase vs usage
- Experience: 4-8 years
- Education:
