Nocfinity is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR, accounts, payroll, employee documentation, and administrative operations while working closely with management and other departments.

Employment Details

• Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
• Weekly Holiday: Friday
• Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Probation Period: 6 Months
• Notice Period: 2 Months
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, certificates, and official documents
• Prepare monthly payroll and coordinate salary disbursement
• Record daily income, expenses, and financial transactions
• Manage bills, invoices, receipts, vouchers, and petty cash
• Maintain basic bookkeeping and prepare monthly financial summaries
• Support daily office administration and operational activities
• Coordinate with employees, management, vendors, and service providers
• Ensure HR and financial records remain accurate, confidential, and properly organized
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
• Skills: hr management, payroll administration, payroll management, human resources, hr compliance, office assistance, it recruitment
