- Maintaining daily accounting records, vouchers, and financial documents;
- Assisting in preparation of bills, invoices, payments, and bank transactions;
- Maintaining cash book, bank book, and ledger records;
- Assisting in preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations;
- Supporting audit, tax, VAT, and regulatory compliance activities;
- Maintaining office files, records, and administrative documentation;
- Coordinating office operations and providing administrative support to management;
- Assisting in procurement, inventory, and office supply management;
- Preparing official letters, emails, and correspondence as required;
- Coordinating with banks, vendors, clients, and external parties when necessary.
- Performing any other accounts or administrative duties assigned by management from time to time
- Experience: 1 year
