Data Insight LLC is hiring 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 to join our bookkeeping team and work with international clients across multiple industries. You will handle the full bookkeeping cycle from invoicing and reconciliation to payroll and financial reporting using globally recognized tools like 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀, 𝗫𝗲𝗿𝗼, 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗳𝘆.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Maintain charts of accounts, customer and supplier records, invoices, bills, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment gateway accounts, including 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗣𝗮𝗹, 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗲.
• Prepare payroll, VAT returns, and financial reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules.
• Handle e-commerce bookkeeping across 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻, 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗳𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗕𝗮𝘆.
• Work with accounting integrations such as 𝗛𝘂𝗯𝗱𝗼𝗰, 𝗗𝗲𝘅𝘁, 𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗟, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘅.
• Manage budgets, project accounts, expense claims, and bank loan records.
• Use bookkeeping tools and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate directly with international clients, building trust through responsiveness and professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• 𝗕𝗕𝗔 𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗕𝗔 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴/𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, or 𝗕.𝗖𝗼𝗺/𝗠.𝗖𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 from a recognized university.
• All final examinations must be completed at the time of application.

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Familiarity with 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗫𝗲𝗿𝗼.
• Freshers with self-taught or certification-level knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• QuickBooks or Xero certification will be given priority.
• 𝗖𝗔/𝗖𝗠𝗔 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗕/𝗜𝗖𝗠𝗔𝗕) are also welcome to apply.
• Strong spoken and written 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 skills for regular client communication.
• Minimum 𝟯𝟬 𝗪𝗣𝗠 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.
• Comfortable with 𝗠𝗦 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹 for reporting, analysis, and data management.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Open to feedback and willing to learn.
• Strong teamwork and ownership mindset.
• Committed to meeting KPI targets.
