Accountant / Accounts Executive

Location: Dhaka
Employment: Full-Time/On site
Reporting To: Management

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily sales, cash, bank and expense records.
• Reconcile daily POS sales, cash and card transactions.
• Maintain supplier accounts, purchase invoices and payments.
• Maintain petty cash and company expenses.
• Coordinate and reconcile inventory/stock records.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and financial reports.
• Assist with payroll, VAT/tax documentation and audit requirements.
• Identify and immediately report cash, stock or accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain proper and confidential financial records.

Requirements

• B.Com/BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail/fashion.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, POS and accounting software.
• Experience in cash, bank, card and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills.
• Honest, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
