Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts. The role involves maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their business needs, and recommending appropriate products and services. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotations, coordinating orders and deliveries, monitoring account performance, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. The Account Manager will collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, supporting contract renewals, and preparing periodic reports on sales activities and market feedback.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships, including account monitoring, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in industrial products, equipment, or related sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present solutions and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including handling multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
• Comfort with basic business documentation such as quotations, invoices, and account reports; proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in the weighing, measurement, or industrial equipment industry is an advantage.
