Account Manager

Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of textile and fabric clients. Daily activities include maintaining regular communication with customers, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating orders from confirmation through delivery. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure product quality, accurate documentation, and timely shipment. The Account Manager will monitor account performance, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and address any service issues promptly. This position also requires maintaining accurate records, preparing periodic reports, and supporting business development initiatives.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, handle negotiations, and provide responsive customer service.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
• Effective communication skills in English and Bangla, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of textiles, fabrics, or related manufacturing processes, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or ERP systems).
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, production, and logistics teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles in textiles, garments, or manufacturing is an advantage.
