Account Manager

Company Description V'agro Global Co., Ltd. is a Dhaka-based direct importer and distributor of premium animal feed additives, connecting global animal nutrition science with local farms across Bangladesh. The company supplies lab-tested, certified products at competitive prices, supporting more than 200 farm clients with a portfolio of over 50 products. Its range includes vitamins and minerals, growth promoters, gut health additives, mycotoxin binders, phytogenic extracts, and amino acids. V'agro Global Co., Ltd. also offers free technical consultation to help farmers optimize animal health, performance, and overall business results, creating long-term value for partners in the livestock sector.
Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. The person in this role will manage relationships with existing farm and distributor clients, handle day-to-day communication, and ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support. They will identify opportunities to grow accounts, introduce new products, and support clients with basic technical information and liaison with internal technical experts when needed. The Account Manager will maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and collaborate with supply chain and finance teams to resolve issues. This role also involves visiting client sites, participating in industry events, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service and sales processes.
Qualifications

• Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with experience in sales or account management in agribusiness, livestock, or a related sector.
• Ability to understand and communicate basic technical concepts in animal nutrition and feed additives, with a willingness to learn product details and industry standards.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including proficiency in maintaining records, handling multiple accounts, and meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills in English and Bangla, both spoken and written, with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in common office and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email, CRM or sales tracking software).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related field; relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka and travel within Bangladesh for client visits and market development activities.
• Demonstrated integrity, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset focused on delivering practical solutions for clients.
