Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Mirpur Model Thana. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, understanding business needs, and ensuring that project deliverables meet expectations and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal creative and production teams, preparing proposals, managing budgets and schedules, and tracking project progress. The role also involves resolving issues, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships. The Account Manager will maintain detailed documentation, support reporting and analytics, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and client experience.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated client relationship management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in project coordination or account management, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
• Solid organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and consistency in follow-through.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, technical, operations) and translating client requirements into actionable tasks.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools); familiarity with CRM or project management platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Mirpur Model Thana and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in creative, media, or experiential marketing industries is beneficial.
