Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Khulna, Bangladesh, responsible for managing key customer accounts and supporting business growth. Daily tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, production follow-up, and delivery. The role involves preparing quotations, tracking invoices and payments, resolving client issues, and keeping accurate records of account activities and sales performance. The Account Manager will monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products. This position also requires collaborating with management to forecast demand, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning that strengthens long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
• Solid sales and account management capabilities, such as handling negotiations, preparing proposals, and meeting agreed-upon revenue and retention targets.
• Good organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate documentation, managing multiple accounts, and following up on orders, invoices, and payments.
• Competence in data handling and reporting, with the ability to use spreadsheets or CRM tools to track performance, prepare summaries, and support decision-making.
• Relevant experience in the apparel, textile, or manufacturing sector is highly beneficial, particularly in roles involving buyer communication and order management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and working proficiency in English to handle internal and external communication.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Khulna, maintain professionalism under pressure, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
