Role Description The Account Manager role at RNP International is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication, inquiries, and support. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services on time and to quality standards, and monitoring account performance and satisfaction. The role involves preparing reports, tracking key metrics, identifying opportunities to expand services, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. The Account Manager will also participate in planning meetings, support contract renewals, and contribute to strategies that strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in account management, client service, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple accounts and priorities.
• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or account management software).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, prepare concise reports, and recommend improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and coordinate tasks across departments.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience working in a corporate or service-oriented environment in Bangladesh is an advantage.
• Professional fluency in English and Bangla, both written and spoken, is preferred.
