Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that services and solutions are delivered according to client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal technical and support teams, preparing proposals and presentations, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables. The Account Manager will track account performance, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services, and support contract renewals and negotiations. This role also involves handling client issues, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, and providing regular updates and reports to management.
