Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Transsion's OS-level advertising products (including pre-load, app distribution, feed ads, brand exposure, etc.) to achieve assigned revenue targets
- Proactively develop new clients through industry networks, business events, online platforms, and other channels to maintain a healthy and growing sales pipeline
- Conduct regular client visits (minimum 3 times per week), gain in-depth understanding of client needs, drive proposal discussions and negotiations, and secure partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities, gather and report industry intelligence to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Proven experience in advertising, media, or brand marketing; established network of local clients or agency contacts in Bangladesh is a plus
- Familiarity with digital advertising products and industry fundamentals (CPM, CPC, DSP, etc.); hands-on experience with Meta/Google ad platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem of major smartphone OEMs (e.g., Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Transsion) is a plus
- Strong business communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated and results-oriented
- Fluent in English (working language)
