Role Description The Account Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring that client needs and expectations are met. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals and quotations, tracking sales activities, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting business planning efforts. The Account Executive Officer will analyze account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to financial and sales reporting. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, attending meetings, and supporting the implementation of sales and business strategies.
Qualifications

• Experience in Account Executive or similar client-facing roles, with strong relationship management and account handling skills.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of business planning and strategy development to help drive growth and improve operations.
• Understanding of finance principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis.
• Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in international trade or corporate business environments is beneficial.
