Job Responsibility      

·      Supporting the sales process to perform demo and assisting in drafting proposals to close sales

·      Help onboarding new clients to use our system

·      Meeting with stakeholders in projects to ensure smooth communications

·      Understand our product functionality and keep up-to-date of the product’s development

·      Manage client’s accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and renewal of our service

·      Answer client’s queries about our product and services

·      Take part in sales and exhibition activities

·      Solve problems related to the usage of our products

·      Work with partners to ensure the partners understand our platform

·      Maintain and further develop our relationship with our partners and ecosystem

·      Training of users to use our products and dissemble information of our system upgrades

·      Coordinate with our developers to ensure technical issues are resolved and reported to the clients

·      Other ad-hoc assignment may be required if necessary

Job Requirement

·      Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Information System

·      2-year relevant experience is required

·      Experience in HR information systems and HR process is a big bonus

·      Skillful in PowerPoint Preparations and Presentations is a bonus

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      The candidate shall be outgoing, driven, charismatic and a good team player

·      Eager to learn about new technologies and its fast-growing applications

·     Fluent in spoken and written English
