Role Description

• Ensure compliance with NCC Education regulations and institutional accreditation requirements, including maintaining academic documentation, reporting, and quality standards.
• Plan, develop, and implement the Academic Calendar, class schedules, and overall academic operations to ensure the smooth delivery of each intake.
• Coordinate student registration, entry requirements, English Tests, and academic administration processes.
• Recruit, induct, train, and manage faculty members, ensuring adequate facilities, teaching resources, and adherence to program requirements.
• Oversee teaching and learning activities, including lesson planning, resource allocation, and the implementation of best teaching practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning through feedback collection, teacher evaluations, peer reviews, and performance assessments.
• Manage assessment planning and delivery in accordance with NCC Education regulations, ensuring academic integrity, standardized marking, and proper examination procedures.
• Conduct regular academic and program committee meetings, monitor progress, and implement continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance measures.
• Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and engagement, while providing academic guidance, remedial support, and timely interventions for underperforming students.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, counsellors, and placement officers to support student success and align academic performance with university placement opportunities.
• Support university application and placement processes by ensuring students receive appropriate academic guidance and realistic progression pathways.
• Provide necessary teaching support and deliver assigned modules as required by the institution and the program.
