Academic Content Creator

Role Description The Academic Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangladesh. This role involves researching academic topics, developing structured learning materials, and creating clear, engaging written and visual content for educational platforms. The Academic Content Creator will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, adapt complex concepts into accessible formats, and update content based on curriculum changes or client requirements. Daily tasks include drafting and editing lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and digital learning resources, while coordinating with designers and developers to integrate content into interactive experiences. The role also requires adherence to project timelines, alignment with client guidelines, and consistent quality control across all academic materials.

Qualifications

• Ability to research academic topics and synthesize information into clear, structured learning materials.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to grammar, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness.
• Experience creating educational content such as lessons, assessments, study guides, or curriculum materials.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, e-learning tools, or interactive content formats.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, or a relevant academic discipline.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers.
• Comfort working on-site in Bangladesh and engaging in regular in-person coordination with team members.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, presentation software); experience with content management or learning management systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in academic publishing, teaching, or educational content creation is preferred.
