- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair central air conditioner/Air cooler and related instruments.
- Ventilation equipment's install, inspect, maintain and repair.
- Perform regular maintenance work of Repair units.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions and record that separately.
- Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment's.
- Maintain Air Conditioners and other electrical equipment and arrange repairing and replacing defective parts of various electrical appliances as per decision of the authority.
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
- Experience: 4+ years
- Education: diploma in refrigeration & air conditioning
- Skills: electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, hvac systems knowledge, knowledge of hvac systems, air conditioning, hvac, equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance
