A Leading Pharmacy Network is Hiring A Grade Pharmacists for their pharmacy outlets.

Job Title: A Grade Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure pharmaceutical products are stored under optimal conditions to minimize expiry and wastage.
• Maintain departmental standards for inventory management.
• Support drug procurement by negotiating competitive prices and ensuring timely availability.
• Provide high-quality pharmacy services to clients and employees.
• Dispense medications accurately with clear instructions and proper labeling.
• Act as a liaison between nursing and medical staff regarding prescriptions, drug-related information, patient reactions, errors and complaints.
• Maintain departmental policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, safety and environmental standards and infection control standards.
• Ensure secure and proper storage of narcotics and other controlled substances.
• Conduct regular stock and drug audits.
• Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Provide doctors with the approved formulary when required.
• Address patient concerns and recommend improvements to pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper maintenance of departmental records and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality in all communications involving staff, patients and organizational matters.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities for medicines displayed at the outlet.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet operational requirements.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience

Experience in any of the following business areas will be considered an advantage:

• Chain Shop
• Diagnostic Centre
• Healthcare Startup
• Pharmaceutical/Medicine Company
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
• PCB Registration Certificate is a MUST.
