Front Desk Office Assistant – Female

Post: 01

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in English, Public Administration, or a related field.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Microsoft 365) and general office applications.
• Digital Health: Ability to manage and maintain digitized electronic health records (EHR) and patient documentation smoothly.
• Greet visitors and clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
• Draft official letters, emails, and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
