We are looking for a motivated and analytical Executive – Product & Marketing to manage, grow, and optimize assigned digital products from end to end.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product operations, digital marketing, user acquisition, channel partnerships, and performance analysis. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to expand our products across MFS, telecom, and digital ecosystems.

💰 Salary: BDT 30,000 – 40,000/month

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

• Manage day-to-day operations, performance, and continuous improvement of assigned digital products.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, QA, and Business teams to deliver product improvements.
• Support product positioning, promotion, and distribution through MFS and telecom operator platforms.
• Drive user acquisition through Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, rich media, MFS, telecom, and other digital channels.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on acquisition, engagement, revenue, and growth targets.
• Track product and marketing metrics and turn performance data into actionable insights.
• Evaluate product visibility, campaign performance, conversion funnels, and user journeys.
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely execution.
• Manage multiple products, campaigns, and partner initiatives simultaneously.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and changing user behavior.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear findings and recommendations.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• 0–1 years of professional experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, Business Development, Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, rich media, and digital user acquisition.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple products, campaigns, stakeholders, and priorities effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-moving environment.
• Candidates from other professional backgrounds with relevant transferable skills are encouraged to apply.

• Experience working with digital products, MFS, telecom, VAS, SaaS, or technology-based businesses.
• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition campaigns.
• Familiarity with product analytics, campaign reporting, or conversion funnel analysis.
• Experience coordinating with external partners, agencies, or platform teams.
• Interest in AI products, software platforms, and digital business growth.
