The incumbent will have the responsibility to: Merchant Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new Commerce merchants to grow the merchant base and achieve acquisition targets. Merchant Growth & Retention: Build strong relationships with existing merchants, drive activation and identify opportunities to improve retention. Specialized KAM: Act as the dedicated KAM for Commerce merchants, understand their business needs, resolve issues, and drive long-term merchant success. Sales & Business Performance: Own merchant-level targets and performance, track key metrics, and use data to identify gaps and growth opportunities. Cross-functional Execution: Work closely with Merchant Experience, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, merchant enablement, and execution of growth initiatives. Market & Merchant Insights: Gather merchant feedback, monitor market and competitor trends, and provide actionable insights to improve Commerce offerings and sales strategies.The incumbent should bring along: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, sales, business development, key account management, or related roles. Proven track record of achieving sales or business targets and driving measurable merchant growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data dashboards. Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
