𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

* Plan and manage the preparation and timely delivery of working drawings following RAJUK approval.

* Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth design execution.

* Review design quality and ensure compliance with project requirements, BNBC, RAJUK regulations, and organizational standards.

* Monitor design progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

* Lead design review meetings and ensure timely incorporation of stakeholder feedback.

* Prepare design progress reports for senior management and monitor key project milestones.

* Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, contracts, design revisions, and related records.

* Ensure all issued working drawings are properly reviewed, signed, documented, and distributed to project teams.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from BUET.

* 10–15 years of professional experience with strong expertise in Design Management within the Real Estate industry.

* Proven experience in working drawing management, design coordination, project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

* Strong knowledge of RAJUK regulations, BNBC compliance, AutoCAD, construction drawing review, and document control.

* Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

* Candidates currently working with Shanta Holdings, BTI, Amin Mohammad, Concord, Asset, Edison, Assurance, Credence, Suvastu, Rancon, Sheltech, ABC Real Estates, or other leading real estate developers will be given preference.

* Strong communication, planning, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
